All about Resolving Conflicts

A conflict is a disagreement between people. Conflicts are normal, but they can be resolved peacefully. Stay calm, listen to the other person without interrupting and explain how you feel using "I" statements, such as "I feel upset when my toy is taken without asking."

Look for a fair solution together. Ask what each person needs, think about several options and agree on one that works for both of you. If the problem is too big to solve alone, ask a trusted adult or teacher to help.

๐ŸŽฎ Try it yourself!
